Asyra Pro – Video Playing Issues

We are currently experiencing issues on some systems with the Help videos not playing properly.

Symptoms: Videos will not play at all, Videos stop mid-way through. In some cases the shorter videos work OK but the longer ones show problems.

The issue is currently being investigated in detail by NutriVital and GTech, and it seems to concern encoding anomalies in some of the files, but they cannot be replicated on all computers. Until the problem is rectified here are is something that may help: obtain VLC media player by downloading from the videolan.com website, and play the videos using that. The videos are located in the Asyra Pro/Help directory.
